When God Gives You What You Want to Show You What You Need

Sometimes, God answers your prayers—not to reward your request, but to reveal your heart. You think you want something, until you realize it doesn’t fit the version of you God is calling you to become.

When that happens, don’t let disappointment make you bitter. Let it make you wiser. Every wrong door you walked through taught you how to recognize the right one.

Sometimes, God lets you taste what you thought you wanted to show you that it’s not what you needed. Every disappointment is redirection. Every “no” is mercy in disguise.
