At Get Them Home, we believe housing is more than shelter—it’s the foundation for stability, dignity, and restoration.

Our Housing Assistance program supports individuals and families transitioning out of homelessness, unstable living conditions, or crisis situations. We provide guidance, resources, and hands-on support to help people secure safe, stable housing and rebuild their lives.

This includes:

• Transitional housing support

• Move-in assistance & essentials

• Rental navigation & advocacy

• Connections to trusted housing partners

• Ongoing support to maintain stability

We don’t just help people find a place to stay; we help them find a place to call home.

Healing is not just physical. It’s mental, emotional, and spiritual.

Our Wellness & Recovery program is designed to walk alongside individuals on their journey to wholeness. Whether someone is battling addiction, emotional trauma, or life transitions, we provide faith-centered and practical support to help them heal from the inside out.

This includes:

• Faith-based recovery support

• Mental health and emotional wellness resources

• Life skills and personal development

• Fitness and health initiatives

• Safe spaces for reflection, growth, and accountability

We meet people where they are, without judgment and remind them that healing is possible, and they are not alone.

We go beyond walls, we meet people right where they are.

Our Street Outreach program is the heartbeat of Get Them Home. We actively serve individuals experiencing homelessness and hardship by bringing essential resources, encouragement, and human connection directly into the community.

This includes:

• Distribution of food, clothing, and hygiene kits

• One-on-one connection and support

• Prayer and spiritual encouragement

• Resource referrals for housing, jobs, and recovery

• Building trust with those often overlooked

Street outreach is more than giving—it’s about seeing people, loving people, and reminding them they matter.

Transformation doesn’t happen in isolation—it happens in community.

This program focuses on spiritual growth, creative expression, and meaningful connection. We provide safe spaces for individuals to grow in their faith, discover their gifts, and build relationships that support long-term success.

This includes:

• Bible studies and devotionals

• Mentorship and community gatherings

• Creative workshops (art, content, apparel, etc.)

• Youth and family-centered initiatives

• Opportunities to serve and give back
