At Get Them Home, we believe housing is more than shelter—it is the foundation for stability, dignity and restoration.

Our Housing Assistance program supports individuals and families transitioning out of homelessness, unstable living conditions or crisis situations. We provide guidance, resources and hands-on support to help people secure safe, stable housing and rebuild their lives.

This may include:

• Transitional housing support
• Move-in assistance and essential items
• Rental navigation and advocacy
• Connections to trusted housing partners
• Ongoing support to maintain stability

We do not just help people find a place to stay; we help them find a place to call home.

Healing is not only physical. It is mental, emotional and spiritual.

Our Wellness & Recovery program walks alongside individuals on their journey toward wholeness. Whether someone is navigating addiction, emotional trauma or a difficult life transition, we offer faith-centered and practical support that encourages healing from the inside out.

This may include:

• Faith-based recovery support
• Mental health and emotional wellness resources
• Life skills and personal development
• Fitness and health initiatives
• Safe spaces for reflection, growth and accountability

We meet people where they are without judgment and remind them that healing is possible and they are not alone.

We go beyond walls and meet people right where they are.

Street Outreach is at the heart of Get Them Home. We serve individuals experiencing homelessness and hardship by bringing essential resources, encouragement and human connection directly into the community.

This may include:

• Food, clothing and hygiene-kit distribution
• One-on-one connection and support
• Prayer and spiritual encouragement
• Referrals for housing, employment and recovery
• Building trust with people who are often overlooked

Street outreach is more than giving. It is about seeing people, loving people and reminding them they matter.

Transformation does not happen in isolation—it happens in community.

This program encourages spiritual growth, creative expression and meaningful connection. We create spaces where individuals can strengthen their faith, discover their gifts and develop relationships that support long-term growth.

• Mentorship and community gatherings
• Creative workshops in art, content and apparel
• Youth and family-centered initiatives
• Opportunities to serve and give back
