Helping People Find Their Way Home
Called to serve. Committed to restore.
Restoration begins when people feel seen
Get Them Home exists to guide, support and empower individuals and families navigating housing instability, incarceration, addiction, recovery and other life challenges.
Through Christ-centered encouragement, practical resources and community support, we help people break destructive cycles, rebuild with dignity and move toward the purpose God has for them. We help people find their way homeâphysically, mentally and spiritually.
WHY WE BEGAN
Our Story
Get Them Home was born from lived experience and a desire to bridge the gap for people who feel lost, forgotten or trapped by their circumstances.
We understand how hard it can be to rebuild without stable housing, transportation, trustworthy guidance or a supportive community. Guided by faith and compassion, we created a place where immediate needs are met without losing sight of long-term healing, accountability and purpose.
Through outreach, mentorship, programs and honest stories of struggle and redemption, we remind every person that their past does not cancel their purpose and their story is not over.
